A smoky glass Sputnik chandelier by Italian glassmakers Fontana Arte. Designed while the company was under the consultation of Gio Ponti, this stunning brass frame chandelier with its hand cut gray smoke glass pieces marries Venetian glass beauty with Atomic age design. A rare piece.
Condition: The brass frame is in excellent condition, a few glass show some small chips with one piece having a larger chip. These pieces sit at the top of the chandelier and are not clearly visible when hung. Presents beautifully and we recommend using mirror crown B15 globes.
